Become A Pilot

Reason #1: You are an individual not a number
We really care about our students and want them to succeed. Our tutors give individual attention to help each person to achieve their potential.

Reason #2: Our students achieve high pass rates
The highly technical nature of aviation requires that students understand and retain theory knowledge rather than simply passing a written exam. Our programmes aim at providing students with an in depth understanding of class material. We expect that between 90 to 100 percent of our students will pass theory exams on their first sitting.

Reason #3: Fly the friendly skies
Skyworld aviation group enjoys one of the best aviation climates in the country, and our students have no interruptions to their flying programmes caused by bad weather.

Reason #4: Traffic Density
To maximise your investment, you should utilise every minute in the aircraft and train where traffic density is light enough to allow for uninterrupted training but heavy enough to be realistic. Our programmes achieve this by operating from Differents aerodrome.
Reason #5: Eye to the future
We recognize that a broader range of skills will be required of pilots in the future and links our students to other academic programmes. Ask around and you will find that we have a reputation for working hard to ensure that our students succeed.
Reason #6: Flexibility
Theory courses start at various times during the year and flight training is available on demand. Aircraft and instructors are generally available when you want them and you are not queuing up to get take off clearance nor joining a stack of aircraft trying to land. Instructors have a maximum of four students to manage providing more than adequate attention to all students.

On the top of the best, Skyworld Aviation group offers –

• A very responsive curriculum, which truly satisfies requirements of top aviation, and airline services in Philippines and Asia Pacific.
• Safe and hands-on-training and real flying experiences to students.
• Quality facilities and unmatched resources.
• Most creative and responsive aviation curriculum and experiences to students who wish to make it big in aviation sector.
• 300 hour packages for zero hour students and it involves 150 hrs of C-152,50 hrs of C-172 & 100 hrs in multi-engine.

We offer courses such as -Private Pilot License(PPL)
We have developed a comprehensive Private Pilot License (PPL) program, which includes everything that an aspiring professional pilot will need to launch a successful commercial pilot career. To enroll, the individual should be 17 years of age with a reasonable command of English language. The PPL course includes 25 hours of dual instruction and 25 hours of supervised solo flight.

Commercial Pilot License(CPL)
A Commercial Pilot License is a qualification that permits the holder to act as the pilot in command of a single engine aircraft, or as co-pilot of a multi-engine aircraft and be paid for his/her work. To enroll, the individual should be 18 years of age with a reasonable command of English language. The training is conducted in a Cessna -152 whereby the candidate flies a total of 150 hours to apply for CPL which is inclusive of cross country and solo flights.

Instrument Rating(IR)
This rating enables you to fly in weather conditions that a pilot holding just a PPL cannot. It qualifies the pilot to fly solely with reference to instruments. For being eligible to enroll in the instrument-rating (I.R.) course one has to have either PPL or CPL with them. The Instrument Rating commences in the flight simulator followed by real time flight in C-172 in Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC)

Flight Instructor Rating(FI)
A Flight Instructor Rating is a challenging yet fun course that takes your flying skills and flight management to the next level. In some ways it is like learning to fly all over again, but this time learning so that you can teach others. The Flight Instructor Rating (FIR) Course has four components. They are Principles and Methods of Instruction (PMI), Classroom Briefings (CB), Instructor Flight Training (IFT), Instructor Flight Practice (IFP).

On Job Training Program
Those of you who want to take flying as a career; (CPL+I.R./M.E.R.+OJT) is the first step towards it. This experience qualifies you to apply in Commercial operations, including any airline. Our CPL course with OJT Program is finely tuned to produce graduates that airlines would like to employ. It has been carefully structured to develop the flying skills most suited for any airline environment. On Completion of CPL+I.R./M.E.R.+OJT, the candidate would have acquired 500 hours flying experience in total of which over 300 hours of flying would be in multi engine aircrafts.
